You retain all rights to the content you upload to Comic Fusion. By uploading content, you grant Comic Fusion a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Upload or process content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce

5. Service Availability

Comic Fusion strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

6. Payment and Refunds

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Comic Fusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Comic Fusion harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
